My Journey
What started as a few garden beds has blossomed into a small homestead filled with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs. There’s something deeply fulfilling about watching seeds grow into nourishing food—and then transforming that harvest into something delicious.
Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the entire process:
- Planting & Growing: Whether it’s tomatoes, zucchini, or herbs, I’m always experimenting with new crops to grow and care for.
- Cooking & Creating: From hearty meals to simple snacks, I focus on recipes that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients—comforting, homemade, and straight from the garden.
- Preserving the Harvest: Canning, dehydrating, fermenting—you name it, I’ve tried it! Preserving food is one of my favorite ways to ensure nothing goes to waste and enjoy the flavors of my garden all year long.
Why I Do What I Do
